Enfin!
Finally!

I haven't added any light to these pictures, I swear! On this picture this tiny fig leaf is one day old and is craving for more. I'm feeling like this new leaf, very impatient and yet so fragile.
Sorry for the metaphor a bit bold when one is over forty..., I couldn't help it.

I have a little more than one hour of work possible each day before the pain arrives and I'm making the most of it! I can't yet use all my tools but it feels so good to be able to make things again. Not only working at the bench but also to be able to use a knife to peel an apple!

So I'm adding slowly some earrings to my reopened Etsy shop. Below some Petra Carpreau's amazing platinum luster spikes with antique steel ball buttons. Hammered hoops before the injury because for now hammering is still an issue, it's very frustration, hammering is ma favorite technique.
Donc j’alimente lentement ma boutique Etsy et mon site. Vraiment frustrant car j'adore marteler!

sold out/vendues

Below, a soldered assemblage of vintage cast flowers, oval settings repurposed and antique French small mother of pearl cabochon. I'm in a copper + mop mood these days, there will be more to come. In fact it's not copper but red brass which looks like copper especially when oxidised.

The oval earrings with antique French mother of pearl cabochon are inspired by the work of the talentuous and amazing Tracy Di Piazza of which I'm an inconditional fan.

argh struggling with blogger... why can't I choose where to place my pictures!!!?!!! What the h.... ? they're not even centered!!!
The drop earrings above ( and they're should be below where I placed them....) I made in repurposing vintage red brass settings which I soldered with the fancy vintage stampings and vintage mother of pearl drop beads.

and two new pairs with Petra Carpreau's amazing drops and spikes. Some golden hoops with an awesomely splendid gold lustre combined with vintage trade beads and antique glass beads offereing variations of bronze and matte gold. The porcelain drops seem to have been dipped in liquid pure gold!

and some turquoise speckled spikes combined in a steampunk assemblage with found object from French flea market : vintage industrial eyelets and some fancy watch chain links.

    1. Thank you Eva. The fig leaf is growing a little bit each day and very fast, I'm sure if I measure it every ten minutes I'll see the difference!

  3. hehe, the blogger rant made me laugh :)
